Rules Of Entry

No other tasting review company can offer you a digital, international platform with accountable, objective reviews for wine, spirits and beer altogether on 1 domain! Tastings.com and Beverage Testing Institute help brands achieve real results through real reviews.



  • If you wish to submit a commercially available wine, spirit or beer to one of our competitions or reviews, you can review our schedules and download an entry form for all the details.

  • Every product entry must come from a member of the drinks trade. Any producer, brand owner, distributor, retailer or brand-authorized PR/Marketing firm can submit a product for review. The entrant will be notified of the results via email on the release date and will shortly thereafter receive a physical awards package with certificates via mail. Additional awards packages may be ordered for an additional service fee

  • Deadlines are set for category tastings in order to facilitate our tasting, production, and marketing schedules and efficienctly distribute results to our many clients. Please promptly register and ship your wine, spirits, or beer samples by the deadline dates to be included in a category review.

  • Samples submitted must be the commercial, government label-approved package and MUST be available for purchase, either in the US or in their country of origin, at the time of entry. Entries that do not meet these criteria will be disqualified from the competition without refund. If you have a pre-release, pre-launch, or proto-type product that you would like reviewed please contact our private consulting division to set up a private review with confidential feedback.   • We request that no shipping labels or stickers be placed on the front of the bottles because we take photos of the submitted bottle for the website image. We photograph all products for our website when they arrive at our facility. If for whatever reason your commercial samples arrive with non-commercial labels or damaged labels, we suggest either emailing us JPEGs of your package or mailing us additional samples with your commercial labels. If we receive these items before we release results, we will update your images at no additional cost. If your products' images need to be updated on our site after their publication, a $10 per product service fee will be charged to your card on file; if you don't have a card on file, we will invoice you.

  • All participants agree to our usage policy. Entrants pay all shipping, customs and duty fees. Payment is required for all entry and service fees before results will be released or published.

  • Wine and Beer category results are released 45 days from their deadline, Spirits category results are released 60 days from their deadline. One re-taste will be granted for any obviously flawed, tainted or damaged samples — only the same product and vintage. Additional retastes would constitute a new entry and an additional entry fee. All paid products that have been entered and reviewed will be published on Tastings.com, no exceptions.

  • Entries may be cancelled up to 14 days after the deadline date. The entry fee will be refunded minus any banking fees within this period. You may replace your entry with a different product at no additional cost. If you entered and failed to ship samples or make payment, the record for your entry will be canceled after 21 days.
